These events provide a unique opportunity to engage in spiritual practices that deepen your connection with yourself, allowing you to enrich your personal yoga journey.
Yoga for Sleep
Join this deeply relaxing event designed to prepare your body and mind for restful sleep. This session combines the soothing practices of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and guided meditation to help you unwind and cultivate inner calm.
Our practice begins with gentle, restorative Yin Yoga poses, focusing on deep tissue release and nervous system soothing. Following this, you will be guided through a Yoga Nidra session (an ancient technique of yogic sleep) to journey into a profound state of relaxation. Mindful breathwork and meditation techniques will also be integrated to deepen your sense of peace and calm.
After the practice, you’re welcome to stay for a social space where you can connect with others. There will be homemade treats and warm herbal teas on offer - the perfect way to end your Sunday.
